About Debbie
With over 25 years of ministry experience and a deep commitment to holistic healing, I walk alongside individuals, teens, and couples navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and
spiritual questions. I bring both professional training and personal compassion to the counseling space, offering a safe, nurturing environment where you are fully seen and valued. Whether you're processing past experiences, exploring your identity, or seeking renewed purpose, we’ll collaborate to move toward clarity, resilience, and hope.
I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or spiritual distress. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with sensitivity to psychodynamic themes and spiritual formation. I work with couples and individuals, offering support through life transitions and meaning-making while honoring the full complexity of emotional, relational, and spiritual life.

Sessions are available in-person and online, including evenings, and last 50 minutes. Outside of the counseling room, I love spending time in nature hiking, playing tennis and golf, and finding beauty through decorating and design. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, empowered, and honored for who you are, and it’s my privilege to hold that space with you.
